BOS Engineering was founded in 2017 as a safety and engineering company in Ghana, Tema with registration number CS044852017. With its vast and extensive experiences in the international marine world, there was a need to move the company’s headquarters to a more spacious office.
During the early part of the year 2018, the Headquarters was moved to Basswood Lane, Takoradi. This was to aid the company implement innovative ways of working and accommodate best ideas in order to serve our clients better.
The units are specifically designed and built to carry out safely and efficiently the activities as required by international standards and regulations: refilling of all types of fire extinguishers, transfer and recovery of extinguishing powders, maintenance of fixed powder tanks or installed on-board fire vehicles, hydraulic testing of extinguishers, hoses and many more. The wide range of our models fulfill all the productive needs, both operating in-house or on-site.
CIL models ensure that cylinders internal moisture is removed quickly and safely after the hydraulic test. Equipped with an additional selection valve, the N series offers the chance to replace air with a flow of nitrogen. The standard equipment is prepared to dry the steel cylinder.
The unit is made of a painted steel frame designed to be anchored the floor. On the life side you will find the control panel and the testing pump. On the right side, testing cabin allows to test up to 4 portable fire extinguishers at low or high pressure. Each testing place is equipped with a manual vice for cylinder clamping. It can test CO2 cartridges and the cabin is equipped with a fore front protection.
It allows to correctly weighing power or co2 extinguishers during filling operations. The steel platform supports even heavy weights and the digital display shows tare, gross weigh and net weight instantaneously.
